Candlelit oceanfront dining room with cedar beams at dusk

Outer Banks Coastal Dining

Salt & Cedar

Wood-fired seafood, cellar-selected wines, and a dining room shaped by sea air, cedar smoke, and candlelight.

The Restaurant

Built where the dunes soften the Atlantic.

Salt & Cedar is an imagined coastal dining room with an old-soul approach to hospitality: precise cooking, quiet luxury, and a sense of place that never needs to announce itself.

Our menu follows the tide, the farms behind the barrier islands, and the fragrance of cedar embers. Expect local shellfish, bright garden herbs, hand-cut pastas, and sauces finished with the restraint of a great tailor.

Wine & Cocktails

A cellar built for salt, smoke, and long conversations.

The list favors mineral whites, structured coastal reds, grower Champagne, and cocktails that lean botanical instead of sweet.
